Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard Shifting to Week of March 15-21, 2027

ORLANDO, Fla. (May 26, 2026) – The Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard announced today that Orlando’s signature sporting event will move two weeks later in the calendar to March 15-21, 2027 at Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge.  The event will continue to be one of a limited number of Signature Events designated on the PGA TOUR calendar, featuring an elevated purse and limited field of 72 players.

“Our tournament will bring the best players on the PGA TOUR to Orlando in mid-March starting next year,” said Tournament Director Drew Donovan.  “With the two-week shift, central Florida golf fans will now watch the best players on the PGA TOUR March 15-21. Like every year, our event will continue to celebrate Arnold Palmer, his legacy and our commitment to the Central Florida community.”

Akshay Bhatia won the 2026 event in a sudden-death victory over Daniel Berger for his third-career win.  Bhatia started his final round just one-stroke behind then-leader Daniel Berger and after nine holes, faced an uphill battle as Berger’s lead extended to five strokes as the pair made the turn following Bhatia’s bogey on the ninth. Bhatia scorched the back nine, carding five birdies and an eagle to force sudden death where he sank a par putt on the first playoff hole to win his third PGA TOUR event and first Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by Mastercard.
