How To Manage Your Tickets
DESKTOP COMPUTER
- You can transfer tickets and parking to friends, family and clients.
- You can accept tickets that have been transferred to you.
MOBILE DEVICE
- You can transfer tickets and parking to friends, family, and clients.
- You can accept tickets that have been transferred to you.
- You can pull up your ticket and parking barcodes. You must do this so they can be scanned at tournament entry.

Accessing Your Tickets
- Click here to access the Arnold Palmer Invitational Account Manager site.
- Then click the “Access My Tickets” button.
- Once you click “Access My Tickets” please login to your account.
- If this is your first time accessing the Arnold Palmer Invitational Account Manager site or Ticketmaster, you will need to create an account by clicking “Sign Up”.

Tickets and Parking
- Now that you’ve logged in, you can click the appropriate day to access your tickets and parking.
- You will then see your tickets or parking depending on what you selected.
- If on your mobile phone, you can click the tickets or parking to pull up your barcodes. You will need to show these for tournament access.

Transferring Tickets
- If you’d like to transfer tickets or parking to friends, family, or clients please click the “Transfer” icon.
- You can then select which Tickets you’d like to transfer.
- Complete the transfer by adding the information for your recipient.
- They will receive a notification that you’ve sent tickets or parking.

How can I accept and access tickets or parking that were transferred to me?

What do I need to show when I arrive at the event?
- First make sure you’re using your mobile phone. You will use your phone for entry into the parking lot (if you purchased on-site parking) and into the tournament. The barcodes will not display on your computer desktop.
- Please note your tickets can either be scanned using the revolving barcode or the “Tap to Scan” feature. See examples of both!
- Screenshots will not be permitted!

Save Tickets to Apple Wallet / Google Pay
- To save tickets to your apple wallet, click the button below the revolving barcode.
- The image on the right is what the ticket looks like in your wallet. Once you arrive, just tap your phone to our scanners.

View/Transfer Tickets Notes & Troubleshooting
- Make certain you are selecting the correct day especially if you purchased multiple days for the Tournament.
- If you also have parking, they will generate a completely separate bar code and event so make sure you are clicking the correct event.
- Once you send a ticket and the recipient accepts the offer, the ticket will automatically transfer off your account and to the recipient.
- You will no longer be able to manage this ticket.
- You may cancel a ticket transfer offer if it has not yet been accepted by the recipient.
